On Friday, May 13, 2016, the first federal court hearing to address the Flint water crisis will be held in a case filed by Concerned Pastors for Social Action, Melissa Mays, the ACLU of Michigan, and the Natural Resources Defense Council. The case is seeking to force Michigan officials and the City of Flint to comply with the federal Safe Drinking Water Act, including by replacing the city’s lead service lines. The hearing is open to the public, please come and show your support!!
